All items sold and shipped by Philippine Products Asia are inspected to the highest quality standard. Only defective items are subject for refund, return or exchange. "Change of mind
" is not an excuse for returning an item. Once a sale is done and the product has no defect, customer cannot as for return, refund or exchange.
In the rare case that the customer received defective item/s, customer should contact Philippine Products Asia within 3 days
after receiving the item.
Customer should prepare proof of defect on the item received by taking a photograph of the item highlighting the defect together with the packaging the it came with. After reviewing the proof provided, instructions on how to return the item/s will be communicated.
When the item is received back in the warehouse, Philippine Products Asia will perform another round of inspection. At this point customer has the option to request any of the following:
- Exchange for the item, provided it has the same amount as the originally purchased.
- Refund, if customer was not able to find a suitable replacement.
Philippine Products Asia will cover the shipping expense for cases where item received is broken or defective.
